Hi; We have calendars set up for boardrooms and conferencerooms and the like. Can you set them to show up when booking a meeting so that you can choose them as a invitee and see the availability?

When I import calendar from my wifes computer they cover 2 days but on her computer they show up as one day what causes this ? thanks

I am looking after approx 7 PC's running Windows XP with Office 2003 - We would like to share each individual calender from each PC so everyone can see/edit what people are doing. We do not have a fileserver as such only a PC with a shared folder mapped on each of the PCs.

This person is a delegate to her attorney's calendar as Editor. She cannot enter anything on to the calendar and gets this message above. I re-set the permissions but every time the attorney logs off and back on, the permissions do not stay

I'm using MS Outlook 2003 I've downloaded holidays, and they show up on my calendar as free, all-day, events. How can I get them to show as "out-of-office"?

I find that when I get the responses from people once accept or decline a meeting request that I sent out, i am unable to print the tracking page. When I try to print the tracking page of the meeting request only the e-mail gets printed.

What would cause Outlook 2000 to be closed by Windows when a user tries to cancel a meeting for another users calendar? Or, put another way, is there a way to fix this problem? Thanks for the help!
