I would like for my calendar reminders to "pop up" with the reminder as did my old application. I cannot find how to do this with Microsoft Outlook. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Lynn

I have set the "Private' f;ag at the bottom right of the appointment screen. Now I want to do automatic coloring, but I don't know which condition I need to use and there seems to be no help. Which condition is it. Before outlook 2003 it seemed to be 'sensitivity' but

I find Outlook's reminders are not insistent enough - I don't have to dismiss them in order to carry on working - so if I'm away from my desk when the appointment reminds me, the window is lost in the desktop clutter and I forget to go to my meeting!

I am trying to insert a signature when sending a meeting request using Outlook Calendar. I have several signatures created in the email option menu used for Outlook E-mail. Would like to use this for Outlook Calendar using Window XP. Windows 2000 allows this option.

There is a NOTE's section when you print out the calendar in the Daily View Form - down in the bottom right hand corner. How can you put info into that section. It does not work under the NOTES - Sticky Note option.

I use Outlook 2003 to track tasks I have MANY items on my TASK list and do not want to show them all. However, I also have many tasks that take many days or weeks to accomplish, so I need to be aware of when they should begin.

I used outlook to "add Holidays" into calendar and there are holidays that should only show up for one day that show up for two. Dyration says one. Father's day is example shows up for two days fri saturday. Is it possible that the hours for the default holidays are wrong, if you ...

Hi Techs environment; 2000 exchange server / Outlook 2000 / 2002 clients When my users schedule an appointment the free busy info IS available for users but Free/Busy shows NO info available for the Public Calendar Folder.

I accidentally moved the tasklist that appears in the bottom right hand side of the calendar view. It is now stuck behind the calendar and there doesn't seem to be any way of dragging it back out! Please help. I know this sounds very silly, but all my tasks are now hidden.
