How to set up Outlook 2000/ Exchange 2000 to synchronize f.e. public and private calendars (either in one (public->private) or other (private->public) way). Is, at least, one of this ways possible without any third party tools? Thanks

I find myself constantly moving between my Outlook Calendar and other operations in my computer. Is there a way to keep my up to date Outlook Calendar active on my screen visible at all time as I am working on other projects?

in month view is there a way to have the current day/week always at the top of the month view? it would be nice to have it scroll as the weeks change - I don't care to see previous week's info. Thanks.

In my office, we share files using a local network. We receive mail using POP3. We upgraded to Outlook 2003 specifically for the sharing calenders and contacts feature. Now, we've learned that without an Exchange Server that feature is unavailable to us.

When I send attendees a meeting invitation, the time reflects one hour later on their system. I have checked my settings and all seem to be correct re time zone, etc.

I am as busy on the weekends as I am during the week. Can you have a 7 blocks to input info instead of 6. You stack the weekend days on top of one another and have to open the day up instead of just getting to see it at a glance. Is there anyway to unstack the weekend days?
