I'm trying to set some appointments with reminders literally 4-6 months in advance - Outlook seems to allow only two weeks. Does anyone have any ideas on how to overcome this limit? Thanks

I hAVE A DESKTOP AND JUST GOT A NOTEBOOK PC AND WANT TO PUT THE SAME EXACT ENTRIES ON MY NOTEBOOK WITHOUT HAVING TO TYPE EVERYTHING? HOw DO YOU SAVE THE INFO (CALENDAR ENTRIES) ONTO A CD?

When i set reminders for events on Microsoft Outlook Calendar, they only pop up if I have the program open. When I used to use the old Microsift Works calendar, the reminders would occur even if Microsoft Works was not open. How can I ensure that reminders will be ubiquitous?

I have a user that wants appt begin & end times. Went into Calendar, selected 31/Month view (day / week / month), then via menu - View, Arrange By, Current View, Customize Current View. Clicked Other Settings, and under Month, click the "Show End Times" and it doesn't work. ...

I'm trying to allow another user to access my calendar. We share a home PC and have two separate accounts. However I'd like this person to be able to access my calendar info from their account. Is this possible?

When I try to open multiple calendars, the second calendar won't open and get the above message. If I close Outlook and open it again, pick the second calendard (first) then a different calendar, same message as above.
