I block out the times for meetings, and I set my reminder at 30 minutes
beforehand so I'll leave on time, but someone will schedule me for another

I have a Calender personal folder, which I seperated into Private and

I have a recurring appointment listed on my calendar in Outlook (XP).  It
shows that every other weekend is spent with my stepsons.
When I went into my archives to see if they were with us on a particular
date last year, I discovered that there were no recurrences listed anywhere.

I bought a P900 Sony Ericcson phone Dec 03. For some time now when I
syncronise my phone with the Microsoft Calendar the appointments are about 8
hours out. I have checked all the time zones on both my computer and phone.

A user has deleted the anonymous permission on their calendar.  Now anyone
that does not have specific rights to view the calendar can open that users
