When using a new computer or upgrading Office, I have had to retype all of
the categories I have used in Outlook.  Is there any way that the custom
categories can be saved?

Good day all,
I am having difficulty adding new appointments locally in Outlook 2003. The
problem is new and intermitent.
I can access my calendar and make amendments on our server via webmail.

I'm trying to bring in birthdays, names, emails adds etc from Excel to my
outlook calendar, I have tried the wizard but it's either not working or more
likely I'm doing something wrong. Can anyone help .... please, tried for ever
to do this!!

I recently set users up to use local PST files as our 16 GB limit was being

Hi. I'm running Outlook 2003 SP1 on WinXP pro SP2.
I've just upgraded from Office XP where I had automatic formatting set to
give different people's entries different colours (based on text in the
subject - e.g. "Toby: Dentist" shows blue, "Peter: Dentist" shows red etc.)

A meeting request, scheduled for december 2005 sent to an external user shows
the sent date rather than the date of the meeting on Outlook 2000...

Is it possible in the Outlook Calender to schedule meetings that don't happen
at random, that is not weekly or bi-weekly, etc.   Basically I would like to
