I am  inviting my husband to Outlook calendar appointments as a way of
sharing calendars (we are not using and exchange server).
When he aceepts an appointment from me at 9:00am, it shows up at 8:00am in
his calendar.  We haven't tested it going the other way yet.

I just built a new machine and need to know how to bring over my schedule
from Outlook 2003 from the old machine to the new one?

Outlook Calendar holidays should include Good Friday and Palm Sunday (which
they don't ... I just did an update).  How could these holidays possibly be
"overlooked"?

I was wondering if it was possible to share a calendar on a distant
server, using a file like XML. So I'll just have to upload my task on
this file, and the other users can read the file to download my tasks
in there ms outlook calendar.

The colors are fine, but I'd like to rename the titles on the color labels.

Your insights to this will be most helpful. Any attempt to create a new
meeting or appointment will cause the calendar to hang for about 5 seconds,
then Outlook will crash, sending unkown error report to MS. I have tried
everthing my tech support guy recommends: detect/repair, ...

When I turn on the nav pane in calendar view the physical 30+- month/day
