If appointments are colored in Outlook 2003 calendar, can the colors be seen
in Outlook 2000 if it is a shared calendar?

I want to create a calander in our public folders and allow users to schedule
when they are going to be using the conference room. I want it to give you a
warning if you try to schedule when somone else is scheduled for that time.

I have a user who is sharing a calendar with other users.  I want to move
that calendar from her mailbox to our Public Folders.  Is there an easy way
to move her calendar?
I running Exchange and Outlook 2003.

When I go into Outlook 2003 I get a message :- "There was a problem reading
one or more of your reminders.Some reminders may not appear. Cannot locate
reoccurrence information for this appointment". Have run detect and repair,
no effect. Any help would be appreciated, many thanks

I can schedule a task and get reminded of when it is due but I need a
feature that will allow me to check it off when the task is completed.

How can I tell WHO has scheduled a resource (conf. rm, etc.) if I am not the
