I want to create a calander in our public folders and allow users to schedule when they are going to be using the conference room. I want it to give you a warning if you try to schedule when somone else is scheduled for that time.

I have a user who is sharing a calendar with other users. I want to move that calendar from her mailbox to our Public Folders. Is there an easy way to move her calendar? I running Exchange and Outlook 2003.

When I go into Outlook 2003 I get a message :- "There was a problem reading one or more of your reminders.Some reminders may not appear. Cannot locate reoccurrence information for this appointment". Have run detect and repair, no effect. Any help would be appreciated, many thanks

Version: MS Outlook 2003 (part of MS Office Professional Edition) I can schedule a task and get reminded of when it is due but I need a feature that will allow me to check it off when the task is completed. ----------------

How can I tell WHO has scheduled a resource (conf. rm, etc.) if I am not the originator of the meeting? Sometimes we need to negotiate with a coworker to switch conference rooms or other resources, but cannot tell who has booked the resource to begin with.

I have an excel spreadsheet that has renewal dates for clothing issues for our drivers. Can I link the date cells in my spreadsheet to my calendar in Outlook Express to automatically remind me when they are due, without having to manually enter the dates as reminders?

there is some option which I thought I once had checked in '03, which basically lets you roll over a calendar event and have the full text of the note (if not visible initially) pop up while you're hovering. Anyone know?
