I cannot add calendar items.  No error message. everything else works.

I would like to print an outlook 2002 calendar the year 2006 but my "Add
Holidays" button will only add Holidays up to the year 2006.

I have upgraded to Outlook 2003 and the calendar has lost its arrow buttons.
