Is there any way to force Outlook '03, in its scheduling tab for new appts,
to default to show the "option" of "show calendar details"?  I am using that
tab more and more, and it'd be nice to not have the one extra mouse click.

I travel a lot between time zones.  To calendar meetings, I always enter them
in the time zone I am in at the time, so that when I change the time zone
setting to my present location, all appointments will be shown in the zone I
am in.  for example, if I am on the West coast and ...

I could put my time down as I work during the day on my outlook calander and
at the end of the Month, or billing period, I can see a summary, even by
project.  Would be really cool if I could download to excel auto invoice,
save and e-mail away.  Then the hours billed would be ...

I would like to print out a weekly view of my calendar with the task pad but
WITHOUT completed tasks. I have managed to print a weekly one with the task
pad with only tasks for that week but it is full of crossed out tasks for
that week. Can anyone help? thanks Heaps!

We have a website that is used to send calendar appointments which have *.vcs
links in them (not the usual VCS file in email but small "Add to calendar"
link, for some reason on some computers the email with the vcs icon link
comes through as an html and not *.vcs like it should ...

i can't add a new appointment to my calender

I want to know what appointments on my calendar have been made by which
delegates (I only have one delegate right now).  Also I want to know if a
delegate Modifies an appointment on my calendar.

I had created a second copy of calendar.. but when I added a new appointment
and enable the alert function it won't let me save. It seems the alert
function will not work on the copy of calendar. Is that ture??

whenever i set up a task that is to recurr and a reminder, it reminds me one
time and never again. The task does not go away but the box is unclicked. I
would like to be able to set it up once and have it remind me every time the
task needs to be completed.

I am interested in being able to report on how much time is spent on
different categories of work... How is this done in Outlook?

When I want to add a new Task to my Calendar, I only have the option of
setting reminders at the top of the hour and half hour increments in the drop
down menu to the right of the select date I want a reminder:  8:00am, 8:30pm,

I have set the Resource Scheduling options to automatically process meeting
requests and cancellations.

My "all day events" banner for August 5 appears on Aug 5 and 6 in my pocket
pc pda and on the calendar on my PC within outlook.  It acts like one
posting...if I delete the August 6 apt. the Aug 5 goes away too.  What am I
doing wrong?
