Drag calendar times so ONLY my work hours are shown02 Aug 2005 14:35 GMT2
I want to be able to make ONLY my work hours visible. That is, if I work 8-5,
I do not want to see 7am or 6pm. I should be able to click the times and drag
them to the top and bottom. That way my appointments get more real-estate and
are easier to read. As it is, half the screen ...
Anyone know a way to synchronise 2 calendars WITHOUT exchange?02 Aug 2005 14:34 GMT3
I run a PC and a laptop on my home LAN. The laptop then travels with me to
work. Both machines are Windows XP Pro, both have office 2003. I want to be
able to synchronise my Calendar in particular (mail would be useful too but
not that important) between these two machines, but I ...
Outlook Today - Default Calendar02 Aug 2005 13:22 GMT2
Is there a version of Outlook which will allow me to modify the "Outlook
Today" page to display a shared calendar rather than the default calendar
when the "Calendar" button is selected?  If not, is there a way I can have
all entries into a shared calendar automatically entered ...

How do I print calendars and not show private appointments at all?
Outlook should let me convert email messages into a meetings/appt.01 Aug 2005 19:25 GMT1
Very often meetings/appointments/events are sent out as a plain email.  It
would be a very cool feature to be able to click a menu option to have the
text of the email automatically paste into a new appointment.

How to make "private" checkbox the default01 Aug 2005 18:46 GMT1
In an Exchange 2003 environment with Outlook 2003, Management types do not
want anyone to see their "schedule" when a user starts a new Calendar item
and clicks the schedule tab and enters their name.
They do not want to select the Private checkbox everytime. Is there a way to
Viewing Task List in e-mail view01 Aug 2005 18:40 GMT1
Is it possible to have the Task list visible in the "Inbox" view, like it is
in Calendar view?  I spend the majority of my day reviewing e-mails, not
looking at my calendar.  So being able to have the task list visible while
reviewing e-mails would be infinitely more convenient.
Calendaring permissions01 Aug 2005 18:15 GMT1
I have a client who consistently loses the ability to see calendars that he
has explicit delegate access to. When trying to open said calendars he gets
the "Information Store can't be opened" error.  It is not just one calendar
but four separate calendars for four separate people ...
Un-Archive Calendar01 Aug 2005 17:07 GMT1
I have a client that accidentally allowed 2004 Calendar items to be archived.
She has a backup.pst of the entire year and I can restore 2004, but that
still leaves the data in the active archive.pst.
Is there a way to move Calendar items in the active archive.pst file back to
Using Labels??? for Timetracking/Grouping01 Aug 2005 16:26 GMT3
I am using Outlook 2003, and I have updated my color labels according to
types of projects.  I would like to pull out reports of time spent on various
projects -- and I believe a previous colleague had used labels (and possibly
the journal? function) or maybe JUST labels in order ...
Reminders not showing on top of open windows01 Aug 2005 15:03 GMT1
I recently upgraded to Office 2003 and have applied all updates. Since
upgrading, all calendar reminders fail to pop-up on top of all other windows.
They do work, as I can see that they've opened down on the task bar.
Based on suggestions from a different forum, I've tried:
How resolve recurring appointments when syncing in Outlook 2002?01 Aug 2005 15:01 GMT3
How do I remove the error message: "A program is trying to access e-mail
messages you have stored in Outlook.  Do you want to allow this?"  The
message recurs even after attempting to resolve.  This happens when syncing
with an iPaq.  The number of events needing resolution ...
Outlook Calendar colors on web01 Aug 2005 12:26 GMT1
Is there any way to change the color of the Outlook Calendar when it is saved
as a web page?
I really don't care for that awful green.
Or, can I import the data into a prettier/cuter template and then publish it?
