In Outlook 2003, is there a way to display the 7-day calendar view with the tasks listed under/inside the appropriate days instead of in one long Task List on the right? It's hard to identify the dates on the tasks when it's in a long list.

Is it possible to create [either by copying the original Calendar or somehow creating a new one] a second Calendar that is able to use reminders? If so, how is this done? Thanks for any help.

I have all the settings set to have reminders turned on, and each appt. is checked to remind me 10 minutes before - biut no pop ups happen.

Rather than simply change colors when a follow up item is due it might be a good idea to have them included on your reminder list, regardless of the folder that they are located in. I believe that the reminder only works if the item is in your inbox. Perhaps create an option to ...
