Is there a way to change the default font and size for the text area of new appointments? I would like to have another font and size be in the appointment text area without having to change it each time. Thanks

About a month ago I received an email from MS about a new service allowing Outlook 2003 users to pay an annual fee which allowed calendar sharing (and some other features) on the web. Does anyone know where to find this on the MS site? I've looked to no avail.

I have a "master list" of rooms scheduled as resources and I can see all of the free/busy status in blue bars. The thing is, that when I "mouse over" my free/busy blue bar it displays the content of the appointment/schedule. When I "mouse over" the others, I see nothing.
