I have a copy of a file exported from a personal calendar, I am trying to import bthis data into a calendar, which is in a public folder on our exchange - The import wizard only points me to importing the file to my personal folders - has anyone done this sucessfully?

When responding to a meeting request in a .pst Inbox message, is there a way to make the meeting show up in the Server calendar instead of the .pst calendar? Using 2002 SP3. Thanks.

On the entry screen for an appointment thier is a field bottom left for "Contacts" which i click and it brings up a list for my contacts. Can somebody please explain what this can be used for. i am unsure how this field is used.

I downloaded the Outlook 2000 Add-in: Holiday Updates for one computer. An Add-in for Outlook XP is not available yet extending the holidays beyond 2005. Any news on when it will be posted? I'm calendaring into 2006 already.

How do I switch timed recurring events to all-day events? My calendar went berserk and changed all my all-day events to timed events - and the settings will not let me change the recurring events back to all-day events. My computer DST settings match Outlook's.

I read the article suggested by Millie but could not find the answer: I created a folder that I called Calendar 2 - containing calendar items. Even if I change the sharing properties so that someone specific can view it, no can do.
