I want to forward an appointment over the internet so that person can add it to their calendar. I created an appointment and forwarded it as an iCalendar – thinking the process would work in a similar way to forwarding a contact as vCard.

I need to enter a recurring meeting in my calendar. The challenge is that the meeting doesn't occur on a set schedule, it's just particular dates during the year. Is there a way to enter this in one entry or will have I have to do each individually?

I am trying to maintain a calendar for each of my three children on one PC. How do I set up multiple calendars and have them sync to one group calendar where I'll be able to see everyone's schedule? Do I need to purchase Outlook 2003 to do this or will it work with XP? Please ...

We have a public folder set up to show the calendar for a meeting room. I want to be able to include this folder in a meeting request. However, in the Meeting Request the Add Public Folder (under Add Others) is greyed out. How do I enable this?

I recently created a second calendar for personal use. How come I can't get reminders notices for important dates? It says that the item I selected can't be used for a reminder because it is not it my main calendar or task folder.
