How can I keep my default Outlook calendar and the calendar in a public folder (MS Exchange) in sync? I use Intellisync to upload data to my Treo, and it only sees my default Outlook calendar. Hopefully a setting/script in Outlook will do the trick, but I'm also open to writing ...

I need 1 group calendar to track 85 staff who are listed in 6 other calendars. The group calendar in Outlook doesn't show multiple appointments at the same time unless you move your cursor over the time. We are considering Sharepoint. Would that do it?
