has 11 other calendars besides her own and when she opens another shared
calendar, the name doesn't display on the top and it does not get added to

I received an e-mail from someone and I have to follow up with that person
tomorrow.  I want to set a reminder.  The only way I know how to do this is:
Drag and drop the e-mail into the calendar and then set the reminder.  Is
there another way to do this?
