How do I show categories for an appointment when I'm viewing it in day/week

On day/week view my version of Outlook seems to automatically show the

I am using the method of uploading Free/Busy info via FTP to an internet
address. It works fine BUT if you close Outlook and re-open it, the passord
is not reatined to FTP the .vfb file to it's location!!

We have 3 computers networked in our office.  How can I schedule dates in the
calendar in Outlook 2000 on my computer and have them automatically go on the

When I send a meeting request to someone outside my netowkr it seems to work
fine.  But it says in the online help that you should use an Ical attachment
to do this.  What is the difference?  It works fine using the New Meeting
Request option.

The hindi calendar provided in outlook is off by 5 days. For e.g. Nov 1,2005
should be Karthik 15 (amavasya day of Karthik), but it is shown as Karthik
10. Basically all the dates are offset by 5 days.

I cannot seem to get my Zire 31 to sync with my Outlook 2002 calendar. Once I
run the sync, and then try to enter a new appointment in my Zire 31, I get a
