I can create a view in my calendar in Outlook 2002 such that only appointments etc which are relevant to Mrs X are on the screen. How do I save this "filtered" view as a web page so that Mrs X can see that view but not all the other personal stuff?

This is confusing, and not easily duplicated but ... Sometimes when I schedule meetings in Outlook (2003), if I later open the appointment to see who has accepted I will see some attendee names listed 2 or 3 times! I haven't made any changes to the appointment, and like I say -

Please add a 2nd reminder to calendar appointments. For example lets use a scheduled appointment for a telephone meeting. I usually set my reminder 15 minutes prior to a meeting so make sure I have time to finish up what ever I am doing. However, it would be nice to have a ...

Please amend the 'Birthdays' option in Outlook, to separate the day/month from the year, and allow the user to input the day & month, without knowing the year. To have to scroll month by month back to look for a date for people over 50 years old is annoying.

appointments dates are correct but not displayed on correct day Whenever we create an appointment for next week it is only displayed on the day the appointment was created, although the dates are correct, this also happens when accepting appointments.

this doesn't actually show the calendar as your background. it just lists things on the screen. do I need to do something else to get it to show the actual calendar? jeannette

I use Outloook to plan my week's teaching timetable. I teach english in companies etc. I enter the location and class name etc. The timetable itself stays mainly consistent throughout the cademic year so i use recurring apointments.
