Outlook Calendar (2003) is displaying the whole day for me...that is from
00:00 to 23:00. This makes it more or less useless on my laptop because
the individual meetings are too small.

In the weekly view of Calendar, the days should be headed with their Names as
well as their monthly day value. e.g.  "Monday" alongside the existing "10

I know it's easy to convert an appointment into a meeting, but how can I do

Recently got all my appointments set up on Outlook 2k. Moved to another
computer on the Network, and suddenly my appointments are in GMT instead of
