Is there a way to show (by background color perhaps) the part of day somebody
is present; my boss is here 4 dayparts per week, but I also want to see her
other workdays (so just showing mondays and fridays is not an option)

Outlook Calendar (2003) is displaying the whole day for me...that is from
00:00 to 23:00. This makes it more or less useless on my laptop because
the individual meetings are too small.
