Getting the message: Unable to display the folder MAPI_E_NO_SUPPORT when I
try to access calendars that I have been delegated to view.

Is there a way to design a new calendar view?  I'm not looking to design a
new appointment form, but to change what is displayed on the day/week/month
view.  Minimally, I'd like to place an icon in each day of the week or month.

I'm doing a decent amount of business travel, in different time zones.  When
I enter an "all day event" in Outlook, it is entered related to my current
time zone.  When I switch time zones, the event appears to go across multiple
days - it remembers the day when it was entered ...

In my Exchange 2000 / Outlook 2000 environment I have a user who regularly
opens other mailboxes calendars. Shortcuts to these calendars are on a public
folder. When the user tries opening the shortcuts, he now gets Windows
Explorer opening his System32 folder.

Does 2003 support multiple appts on a day when saved as web?
When I use File, Save as web, the outputted web page calendar display will
only contain the first appt on a day when the day has multiple appt's.

I've notice when I go back over my calandar for last year, all my
appointments are missing. How can I always keep them. Auto-Archive is turned

To convert Outlook's 5 full days and 2 half day(Sun,Sat) calendar to 7 full
days it is necessary to click on a blank spot on the calendar and then to
click on "other sesttings"  then uncheck "compress days".  This will give you
a 7 full day calendar.  Then, and only then, can you ...

Several have posted, "Update a file named Outlook.hol". This file does NOT
exist in Outlook 2000 as in Outlook 2002? In fact neither holiday* nor *hol*
