How can I make users calendars viewable between two different companies and Exchange Org's over the Internet ? Company A has Exchange 2003 Standard Edition & Outlook 2003. Company B has Exchange 2003 Small Business Server and Outlook 2003.

when we put an event down for one day, it is showing as two days whenever our calendar is viewed by a shared user...the date and time are correct when we punch them in, but when shared it shows as being different? Any ideas?

we have exchange server 2003 and I set up Mailboxes for a number of resources. Staff have the ability to schedule resources and act as Meeting Organizer. I understand that the Meeting organizer is not a "required attendee".

I have Outlook 2003. When I view my folder list, I see a blue 1 in parenthesis next to the "Calendar" item. I can't click this. Based on how email works, this would seem to be a "new" item. I am really the only one who can access my calendar. I do have a PDA

We are sharing a calendar with 6 people in the office using Net Folders We had some problems with it in that it stopped sending out updates. reshared the folder and it started working again, however, a day late it has finally sent an error message saying:

I want Outlook to open two "other calendars" and never "my calendar". When I go to look at calendars I have to uncheck "my calendar" that I never use and then check the other calendars that I need. How do I keep the view I prefer??

I have Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. I have one user that cannot delete or save recurring appointments. The error received is that Not enough memory exists. I know that there is a hotfix for this issue, but is there any other way around this??

I have a Public Folder for Calendar Appointments in which I would like to modify the default 8-5 view (which has the light yellow color)to be some other time e.g. 3:00pm-12:00am. Anyone know how? Thanks.
