How do merge my 2000 Outlook Calandar/info into my new 2003' Office Pro?   I
am afraid I may lose my old 2000 Office info and Calandar notes if I install
the new 2003' Office Pro program.  How can I safely merge existing content
into new 2003' version?

I have Windows XP. I am learning to use the Outlook calendar, created on my
computer and shared with the entire staff at work. Sometimes when I create
events/appointments,etc. the time changes from the time I entered.  This
seems to occur most frequently when I "invite attendees" ...

I often have an etnry that I need to put in more than one calendar (I have
multiple use calendars).  At the moment I just copy and paste the entry into
each calendar.  Can I write it once and somehow check it to go into my other
calendars at the same time?  ie.  annual leave ...

I have created a few tasks and have been able to set up the recurrances. Now
when I try to do so, the "Recurrance" option is not available. How can I set
up new repeating tasks?

In MS Office Outlook 2003 when I select "calendar" on the tab on the far
left, my calendar no longer appears, instead I see a list of events and dates
I've entered.  This just started happening a couple of days ago.
Right now to fix it, I go to the check-off list of "My Calendars" ...

Is there a way I can retrieve a recurrent calendar appointment that I set in
Outlook 2003, which I accidently deleted as I mistakenly clicked on delete

Do you know of a way to see who has been viewing your Outlook 2003 (or
2002) calendar? Someone on my team asked me. I don't know of a way to
flag this and see a list of who's snooping in your calendar.

Appointments sync between my PDA and Outlook calendars, but loose the
categories that I assigned.  Categories assigned on appointments made on the
PDA do not show in Outlook, and vice versa.

I have a web based application that sends .ics attachments to the end user,
but Outlook/Exchange appears to be renaming the extensions to .msg and as a
result the appointment is not working in Outlook for my users.  Is this a
setting in Outlook or in Exchange?  Where is this set ...

person who scheduled a meeting for someone else?

Can you have more than one delegate set up in Outlook 2003? One of our users
has two delegates. One declined a meeting request, and the meeting request
was not updated in the other delegates mailbox -- still asked the second
delegate to accept or decline the meeting.

I can't get the delegate set up to have all meeting requests sent to her.
THey check box is greyed out when I add the delegate.
I have 2003 server small business and using outlook 2002.
Any help would be appreciated.
