I want to be able to access my boss' calendar on MS Outlook from my computer.

I am trying to share my outlook 2003 calendar but the option to share the
canlendar is missing. The only option I have is Open a share calendar.
Any sugestions?

I would like to be able to create and use a standard template within an
Outlook calendar appointment, something like the signature feature you can
use in an email.  Does anyone know if this is possible, any suggestions would

What is purpose of resources

I am running Exchange 2000 with all the latest updates and the clients are
Outlook 2002. More often than not, when a client schedules a busy or out of
office appointment, the free/busy information does not update immediately
when someone else tries to schedule an appointment etc. ...

We all have our clocks and time zones set correctly, yet whenever we send a
meeting request the time the recipient receives is one hour earlier than
requested. This happens to all of our three users.

I like to print my overdue tasks along with my calendar using the tri-fold
style.  I recently upgraded from Outlook 2000 to 2003 and since then I have
been unable to print ONLY the overdue tasks using tri-fold style.  Any
suggestions?

I have two calendars in my Outlook 2003 and I need to move everything into
the default calendar.  Is there an easy way to merge the two calendars?  We
are using an exchange server.

How do I setup a shared calendar which is located in a public folder on my
exchange 2003 server to start automatically when the user (0utlook 2003 sp1)
starts outlook on their pc? Tool menu > Options > Advanced only listed the
local folder.

Is there a way to make my personal calendar the calendar that opens when I

Especially with respect to sharing calendar and contacts, should be able to
keep all private as a default.  Then allow either individual appointments and
contacts to be "public" and/or appointments and contacts meeting specific
crtiteria, eg. those in a specific category.  This ...

I'm trying to find out if there is a way to add the "Holiday's" to an
additional calendar?  I tried to add them and it put them in my main calendar
twice!  Any ideas/help would be appreciated.

I just finished putting in my work schedule in Outlook Calendar.  I would now
like to transfer these calendar items to my outlook calendar in my laptop.  
Can I do this task or do I have to re-enter all the recurring calendar items
