how do I set up my outlook calendar for others in the office to have access?  
We don't have microsoft exchange so I need to publish at a location.  How do

When viewing other people's calendar, it would be good to display that they
are optional to a meeting in a different color so I can tell that they are
likely able to come to my meeting instead.

i would like to send my weekly appointment calender with others.  How do I
