How do I block and color code sections of my calander for different areas
within my business. I would then like to enter my appointments and other
functions within the appropreate block.

We are using Outlook 2003 with Excahnge 2000. Everyone has added US holidays
to their personal calenders. I can not do the same for our firmwide calender.
I am hoping there is an automated or programatical way to do this.

I need to search "calendar1 in archive folders" but I can't find a way to do

after syncronizing outlook 2002 with both a Psion Netbook and a pocket PC
2003SE mobile phone, calendar entries have been duplicating. A large number
of entries (about 4000) now appear in my calendar 4 or more times. It got so
bad because I synchonized up to 5 years in the past.

How can I set up recurring hourly alerts during working hours. The ideal
would be visual rather than audible, and would not synchronize to my Treo. I

How do you change the option when vewing another users calender you can only
see up to a certain number of months ahead. After that it is greyed out.  We
