I want to post birthdays and anniverseries the same as holidays on my Outlook
calendar and share the data with other members of my family that use Outlook.
What program, etc does one use to make a special holiday calendar for
Outlook?

Shared calendars so secretaries can create/modify other's calendar items.

Former versions of Outlook allowed changing Busy to Free, Tentative or Out Of
Office by keyboard input of "F", "T" or "O".  Outlook 2003 does not,
requiring mouse intervention, which is a pain.  Am I missing something?

When I am scheduling a meeting with others from my company, an hour gets

The bubble is helpful for such items, but I would like, if possible, to

I'm trying to set up my working week so that my work hours display
accurately.  I start at 8pm and finish at 5am the next day, but Outlook won't
accept those times (as end time is before start time).
