Could anyone tell me how to setup group or department calenders in excgange.
I would like it if possable to enter events in the personal calenders and
the group calenders automatically update.

Calendar folder in Oultook is now a huge chunk of allowed memory.
Subsequently I would like to delete all previous appointments. Have tried
Autoarchiving but it does not remove the appointments. Any ideas?

When I print my calendar in outlook 2002 sp3, I get English and French in the
display of the date, month, etc.  How do I remove the french portion?

I would like to view my daily calendar + Task Pad + OneNote area to keep
notes for the day that are not on the calendar.

In the Month view of my Outlook Calendar, the date number is in BOTH the
upper left hand corner and the upper right hand corner. I want it only in the
upper right hand corner, which seems standard.
I have run Detect and Repair, with the setting to reset all customisations

I cannot see other's calendar when using the plan a meeting function after
January 2006.  I can see other's calendare before December 31, 2005.  What
can I do?  Is there a setting that is wrong?

If I have a calendar entry in OWA 2003. And I choose to remove an attendee.
I do not get a prompt, like I would in the Outlook 2003 Client, to "Send

I synchronize my palm with 0utlook. all is synchronized exept the meetings.

When I open other user's calender I get error unable to open free/busy

I'd like to schedule some employees in my calendar to see where they're at

Background:
I am running a mixture of Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2003 (in the midst of
migration to 2003).  My backend is Exchange 2003.
Scenario:

can i download the calendar into outlook express
or do I have to buy a version to have access to the calendar option

When i add something to my calendar and then sync, not all the info is put on
my pocket PC.
The bottom (big section) where i write some details are not sent over to the
packet pc.

How can I schedule a meeting on the quarter hour? ie. 11:15 am
