How do I customize my calendar to show night work?18 Nov 2005 15:12 GMT4
My day runs from 2 PM to 7 AM, and I can't access my most important times of
day--primarily 1 AM - 6 AM.  However, I'd like to have the whole day (2 PM -
7 AM) displayed, preferably in military time.

I don't know how I managed it, but I keep getting the "meeting requests" for
another user and the system is asking me to respond on behalf of this user.
It is the only thing I get from this person.

I've been trying to remove a stubborn recurring task/event (actually an
all-day event).
However, when I open the task and go to the recurrence box, the recurrence
appears, but the "remove recurrence" button is greyed out. The problem is the

I just switched to MS Outlook from Outlook Express and migrated my settings
and email. MS Outlook lets me send but a pop up asks for my user name and
password, which were also migrated from Express. But it do0esnt recognise
either and wont let me send. How do I disable this ...

Briefly;  I'm investigating how to automatically create appointments in my
(and others') calendars.
I've been able to guess and map some fields to others - is there a reference
to describe how to format properly for all fields (reoccuring, label, etc?)

hours--or all 24!  (Military time would be preferable.)

i am setting a birthday for my contacts . I am sincronizing outlook with an
smart phone . The problemm is that outlook sets the birthday as an all day
event and reminder is set before the actual event starts . Until now i set it
to 15 minutes . Meaning that at 23.45 my phone rang ...

Using Outlook 2003. I go to print a single month in a 'Monthly Style'
calendar. I enter start date (11/28/2005) and end date (1/1/2006). This
should give me the month of December. However, Outlook insists that I
print November, December, and January.
