Importing - Select Destination folder blank.14 Nov 2005 02:25 GMT1
My wife has exported her work Calendar (Outlook pre 2003) and wants to
import it into OL 2003 at home.  We go through the steps to import from
another program and file, csv (Windows), select the csv file then here
is the problem, the select destination folder is blank!  No calendar

I manage 3 Outlook Mailboxes from my machine:  my personal Mailbox, one
labelled Conference Room and another labelled Data Projector.  We are using
all Office 2003 and SBS 2003.
The Data Projector mailbox is a recent addition, and was set up identically

next month in the header.  I want the previous month and next month to be

My Microsoft Outlook program shuts down everytime I try to update my iPod.  
It worked fine and now shuts down every time.  I have sent forward the error
report but have heard nothing back from Microsoft.  Does anyone have any
suggestions as to how I get my life back to normal.  ...

Outlook crashes every time I try to apply "Automatic Formatting" (specific
label color whenever an entry is of a certain category).
I routinely apply this same type of rule on my otrher machine, with no
problem.

When I try to save a new appointment, it gives me an error message, "could
not save item"  Outlook 2003 will save new contacts, and I've also tried
closing and rebooting..also archived.

I have been tasked to set up a shared diary at work (Outlook 98).  Ideally, I
need users to be able to add/remove & edit their own entry's but I (and one
other nominated 'administrator') should be able to make changes to all
entries.

Emailed appointment requests are shoing up to the invited attendees as
attachments (.ics file) which have to be opened then can be accepted. How can
the preview pane identify that the "attachment" in this case is an associated
file to be used by Outlook only for scheduling ...

How do I get the calendar to display the contents of an event when I hover
over it with my mouse?  Currently I have to open the event to see what it is
if the title is too long.

Using Outlook 2003 -- my co-worker's calendar will only show appointments
with a single time blocked out.  In other words, if the appointment is from
8:00am to 10:00am, it only displays on the calendar from 8:00 to 8:30.  I
can't duplicate it on my machine, nor can we figure out ...
