A user is accepting the meeting requests that I send to her. Although I have
access to her calendar and can see that she has accepted the request I still
don't receive the acceptance.

includes the current month and the next month.  How can I customize that -
leaving the current month off and give previous month or the two months after

When I try to "Save and Close" a new appointment I get a error message saying
"The item could not be saved to this folder.  The folder has been deleted or
moverd, or you do not have permission.  Do you want to save a copy of it in
the defult folder for the item?"
