I have calendar setup in a public folder for a specific meeting room in my
company. I would like to setup resources so that any time I schedule a
meeting for that room and it is approved I can see the meeting in the
calendar on the public folder. Is this possible?

This appears to be a bug in outlook 2002 and 2003. I'm using an IMAP server
for email and exchange is not present. Under calendar options, I select
iCalendar format when sending meeting requests.

In my Microsoft Outlook Live – I have two (2) calendar folders (one titled
“calendar and the other, titled calendar in personal folder).  When I
synchronize with my PDA it picks the first calendar.  How can I change the
default so I can synchronize the second calendar?
