I have Outlook and have backed up to a *.pst file and reloaded PC. When I restored the PC, and *.pst file, I'm not getting my overdue appointments popping up. I tend to snooze them for a week and let them build up. When they are fully completed they are then dismissed.

I have a shared calendar that I own, It is located on a public folder. I have created views for it, and for my side it works perfectly. But other users of that calendar do not get the views I have generated. How can I make that happen ?

I would like to be able to put colour on appointments and events in my Calendar to help distinguish various types. Is it possible in the version I use which is Microsoft Outlook 2000? If so how do I go about it? Thank you to anybody who can help me.

When I try to sync my outlook and my phone, outlook only gives me the option to allow access for a limited time (max 15 minutes). I would like an option that says: "Allow access permanently for this program" or something like that. It's a bit annoying to tell Outlook it should ...

I need to print a monthly view of a calendar stored in public folders. Previously, I had used the Word macro file the read the calendar and create a printable view. Unfortunatly, the .dot file has not worked since we upgraded to Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003.

In Microsoft Outlook the meeting reminder reminds me of my meeting hours after the meeting is over. Can this be changed? I have it set up to remind me 15 minutes before a meeting, but am never reminded until several hours after the meeting is over.

Is there a way for us to hide the entirety of the calendar from anyone who isn't Ruth or an administrator? Setting everyone else at Deny appears not to have done the trick.
