I use the monthly calendar view in Outlook 2003 to manage my schedule but I often have more items in a single day than will display in the box for that day. How can I display more items per day in the monthly calendar view?

I'm using Outlook XP and I want to open my calendar and have the current week at the top of the screen, instead of the first of the month (past dates included) . I'm not interested in what happened in the past. I'd like to see what is coming up.

At one time, I setup Outlook to display the occurance number of a recurring event. for example, for birthdays and anniversaries, it would display which birthday or anniversary number was occuring that year. I cannot figure out how to do this now.

My default calendar reminder option is set for 2 days, but everytime I make a new appointment or event it shows 18 hours instead. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you.
