Someone recently showed me how they click and drag email items into their calendar to show time to work on that email, but I was unable to see how they had email and calenday on the screen at the same time. Can anyone help me?

Hi Microsoft Representative, I like to discuss that in the New Appointment window ( Calendaring ), I found that its waste a time for (min 10secs) to adjust the Time, becuz we need to roll down all the DIGITAL time.

Sometimes while viewing another users calendar in Outlook 2003, the reoccuring appointments do not show on the calendar. If I close outlook and open it, they are there.

Is there a way to import and export a calendar in outlook 2003 to another install of outlook 2003 on another computer? I know there is a way to do it if you totally export the whole .pst and then import it back but I just want to export the calendar.

I'm trying to help someone fix their calendar. They are on an exchange server and have not created any additional calendars, but Outlook has two calendars anyhow. One calendar is used by his other applications (e.g. PDA) and the other is used by Outlook when he receives meeting ...

This is really more of a discussion topic than a how-to, so for all you uber:geeks out there, this is your chance to shine. We recently upgraded from Office 2000 to 2003 (on Win2KPro). Since the uprgade, we have noticed this particular wacky behavior.

I set up an appointment and someone who is not on the invitee list was sent the invitation. I checked my sent items to be sure that I did not accidentally select her but it was not on the list. I don't know how she got the invitation.

In Outlook 2002 you could see 3 months displayed at the same time on the far right of your screen. Now in Outlook 2003, you can only see 2 months at a time in the navigation pane. Can this be changed to 3?

Ok I've never had this happen before but since the time change all my Calendar events are off by one hour. My PC clock is correct, my server clock is correct, time zones are correct however my 10:00 AM appointment prior to the time change is now going off at 9:00am.
