Is there any way to create a shared calendar for two or more people in a workgroup without using Exchange? The only server available is a Unix box, and, of couse, there is peer-to-peer across the LAN. We are using Outlook 2003. Thank you in advance for your help!

I am trying to find a way to share mutliple calendars in one mailbox with Outlook 2002. I have made a second calendar folder for this purpose. Or would it be possible to have meeting requests be added to that second calendar instead of the default one?

When using "New Meeting Request" for scheduling a meeting after 31 december 2005 with other Exchange users, there is no calendar information available from those users. Everyone in our Exchange organisation has this problem. Any idea's?

I am getting an error stating that there is a problem with one of my recurring meetings and that some of my reminders may not appear. Now, none of my reminders appear. How can I troubleshoot which meeting is causing the error?

At my office, they have exchange 2000 and outlook 2000. When I receive an appointment from outside my office (let say from outlook 2003), it's an attachment file name meeting.ics I can't open it.

I need to setup a recurring meeting for the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month. I know how to do that part. I want the reminder to go out a week before the meeting. Is this possible in Outlook? If so, how? Thank you!

I have a user who has read access to a calendar in the Public Folders. She has the same access to it as other people in her department. Everyone in her department has access to the calendar and it opens fine. When she tries to open it, it actually opens but is blank.

Can I export (or save) a specific calendar month to another person? I do not want to export it as an Excel file. I thought you could export it as it appears on my screen. We do not have an Exchange Server.
