When I make appointments I need our calendaring person to be able to accept these appointments so they are entered on our public calendar as opposed to our individual calendars. How can I do this? Pat

I would like to change the default for new appointments so that there is no reminder, and if there is a reminder (if the reminder box is cheched) the default is 5 minutes and not 15 minutes. How do I do this?

I would like the Month View (and also the Print View for monthly) to start with Sunday. I have gone into Calendar Options and chosen Sunday as the First Day of the Week. This does not affect the month view.
