Does anyone have the problem of meetings NOT showing up on a calendar as
tentative?  
Our situation:  Meetings are not showing up as "tentative" if the the
attendee is NOT in the office, or their pc IS NOT turned on, or Outlook NOT

After sending a meeting request, I send frequent meeting updates. Many
attendees, who declined the meeting request, do not wish to receive the
updates.
How can I automatically remove them from the meeting updates list?

We many a busy exectuive's calendar.  Often times people want to schedule an
hour "some time this week" or he wants to know what four hour periods are
currently available next month ... how can we search for these without going
to each day and looking?

I would like to know if its possible to get alerts or reminders from my
calendar in Outlook even if I have the program closed?

I have a security group on the network called Receptionist.  Instead of
giving rights to the person (user) who is the receptionist, I want to give
the rights to the Reception Group so that as people come and go from that
job, all I have to do is add the new user to the group and ...

Since you can set due dates on tasks, it only makes sense to me to include
those tasks in the calendar view. Then you can see everything you need to
complete based on the calendar and not have to switch to another view to see
your to-do list for that day.

How do I add a custom column Outlook Calendar View?

I have two outlook profiles but I only wish to run one calendar.  Is this
possible?  How do I do it?  Any help much appreciated.

I have outlook at the office on a network and at home on a standalone pc...
is there someway to sychronize the two? I was told at work just to access the
one there from the internet, but it would be nice to have it resident on my
computer here.

On the Go menu, click Folder List.

I am trying to sync from a third-party software (Time Matters) to Outlook.  I
can sync calendar items from Outlook to Time Matters and task items both
ways.  However, I cannot sync from the TM calendar to the Outlook calendar.
