I used to get a list of reminders, if more than one alarm had gone off and I

Outlook Mail Box should allow me to do the following
1. open the e-mail - which has info for a meeting, important date etc
2. click on Actions
3. click on Appointment (this is what you need to add)

Other users are able to click on email, drag it and drop it into Calendar -
thus creating a new event.  One user is not able to do this.  When you drag
it to calendar - nothing happens.  Any ideas?

There is some setting I have on my other computer where in my day/month/year
view, I can see the notes of an appointment printed in the time block below
the subject.  Where is that?  My view on this computer is only showing me the
