How do you interface the birthday field in contact entry with the calendar?

Haven't seen any updates from Microsoft for updating or adding holidays
post-2007. We have OL 2000, XP and 2003 users who are already booking into
2008 calendar and are unable to automatically check for national holidays.
Any ideas?

When I exported Outlook's calendars to web pages, I get a small "continued"
hyperlink on a date where more than one appointment exists.  However,

Great....just great.  I finally get people to learn to look at my online
