I need to set up a meeting that occurs the second and fourth Monday's of
every month and I can't for the life of me figure out how to do this...

Outlook calendar holidays are available through 2005.  Is there a download
for holidays beyond 2005?  US and other countries?

Although I can set recurring anniversaries, with a start date birthday,
wedding etc. I would find it immensely helpful if the anniversary age was

Whenver I start Outlook, and go to calendar view, it defaults to my own
personal calendar.    I already have an exchange 'public folders' calendar
listed in 'other calendars', so I'm one click away - but I would prefer to
have both on screen from the start.
