My address book contains rooms and other resources I can schedule. I would like to make a shared resource list with the rooms sorted by occupancy, etc. How can I share this with other users? Can you copy group schedules from one user to the next?

I have Outlook 2002. I transferred computers and added outlook to my new computer. I just noticed my Holidays don't show up on the calendar. I went to "add Holidays" and it said the holidays were already added. I added them again but they still don't display. Any ideas?

I have 2 different calendars set up in outlook. When I receive a request for a for a meeting and I accept it, it goes to my main calendar. I would like it to be saved to a different calendar. How do i do this?

I like to use the Week View, but I'd like to change the order of th days. Right now you read the days down, so that Tuesday is belo Monday, Wednesday is below Tuesdays, and then you go back up t Thursday. Like this:

Can I skip one occurrence of a recurring appoinment in the calendar view? The closest match in my search for the answer to this question showed me how to skip a recurring task. Can't the same be done for a recurring appointment? If so, how?

My 2006 Outlook calendar will not load US and/or Christian holidays. I gives a message that they are already loaded - but they do not appear for 2006. When I use the "Add Holiday" option it adds to previous year(s) but not 2006. ??
