Is there a way to CC others to notify of the meeting without actually INVITING them to the meeting? Listing them as Optional or Resources seems to imply that the person is actually invited to the meeting. This would be helpful to employees wanting to notify their manager that ...

In Outlook 2000 the longest reminder time available is 2 days. I am told it should be longer - probably 2 weeks. Is there a setting I need to change somewhere?

In Outlook 2003, I changed my work week to Sun-Thu (Tools->Options->Calendar Options->Calendar work week) but when setting a daily recurring appointment with the "Every weekday" recurrence pattern, the appointment appears Mon-Fri instead of Sun-Thu.

I have classes that start at 8:00a, 9:05a, 10:10a, 11:15a, 12:20p, etc., every 65 minutes (55 minutes class, 10 minutes passing). Is it possible to have an appointment start (and stop) at a time other than every half-hour, on the half-hour?

When I try to import a .pst file (my Calendar from Outlook 2003 at work) I get an error message saying the file is not compatible with this version of the Personal Folders information service. How do I fix this? Do I need to upgrade to Outlook 2003 at home?

The calendar weeks shown beside the calendar are not aligned with industry accepted practice. The calendar in Outlook shows that Jan. 2-6 is calendar week 2. Industry stand is that it is calendar week 1. ----------------

I am having an issue with Outlook 2002 clients Direct Booking resources. If the client is Outlook 2003 it works fine. The Exchange Server is 2003, and I have Office XP SP3 on all machine. Has anyone else had this issue?
