Please, how do I delete entries before a particular date in a calendar set in
a public folder?  I have admin. priveleges and can delete individual entries
but would like to delete all before a certain date.

Using the help in the current posting I am able to get Outlook 2003 to send
vcalendar output to 2000 but when sending from 2000 it is always received in
text in 2003.  Unchecking icalendar format in Calendar optiosn and removing
reminders does not appear to make any difference - ...

It would be really convenient to have an active desktop calendar. One that
would work just as other active desktop applications. Maybe have all of your
main outlook calendar options right there on your desktop. Have a 50%
transparency as not to look like the calendar is over ...

Is there a way to have each calendar reminder in Outlook 2003 open in a
separate window like they did in Outlook 2000, instead of all of them being

My e-mail errors (Ox800CCC13) when I try to send out an invitation.  I can
send and recieve just fine until I try to send through the calendar.  Does
anyone have any ideas what is wrong?  I have to delete the item from my

How do you set the default for reminders to off.  I don't want reminders for
all of my appointments as it drains the batteries on my iPaq.  All battery
saving options have been turned off as they interfere with my work so the
thing just stays on.

I want to print the block view of a week, otherwise known as "work week" in
Outlook 2003.  Is this possible?  If not my first question to Outlook is Why?
WHy have a view that cannot be printed.

Is their a way to setup up a rule to send messages from a specific user to a

I can not get the 2006 holidays loaded on outlook calendar.  Every time I say
"add holidays" it adds to all previous years . . . consequenty holidays are
listed 5 times on each of the holidays prior to 2005 . . .  nothing in 2006.

My calendar no longer shows Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday etc on the week day
bar in the calendar. These used to appear but I do not know why they
