I would like to know how to producr an appointment template that, when clicked, will go into the correct calendar (reception staff use multiple calendars) rather than the users default calendar? also can this template be available in outlook in a folder or something?

Standard holiday display has been activated. But, only past holidays appeared. I then attempted to add holidays from the options menu. The result was Duplicated holidays for the past, none for the future!
