My default time on my reminders is 08:00 pm. When I change it and click on apply or close the window, it changes back to 08:00 pm.

I would like to set up the dates for our organization for all employees so that each employee does not have to do it separately. I work at a college so we have a start date, vacation dates, drop date, withdraw date, etc. This would be very helpful info if I could figure it out.
