I have attempted to get the holidays installed for the new year. I add the
holidays but they only show for the past years but not for 2006. How can I
fix this problem?

When trying to enter an appointment, my Calendar says that it has no space.  
I can find the "folder size", cannot find where to increase the size.  How do

In the calendar view I would like to see the day numbers displayed.  Such as
