In the Calendar function of Outlook 2003 SP-2, the user reported whenever she
sets up an appointment, her reminder time is 18 hours beforehand. I checked
her reminder defaults in her calendar – it is set for 15 mins.  Here is what
I observed:

When arranging a meeting using Calendar - can I print off a list of all the
dates that are in any one recurrence?

How can I make the work week view the default view, so that when I click on
weeks in the mini-calendar to the left of the main view the weeks display in
work week view. Currently they (mostly) display in the week view.

I added a second calender to [My Calenders] and I want to share that with
others. We use windows server 2003,  Exchange and Office 2003. I did set the
permissions for the second person to {Author}, but he can only see my first
calender.

In calender how do clean up the drop dowm menu for location?

I thought in a previous version there was a setting to allow declined
meetings to still show on your calendar.  I don't see this option in v2003.  
Can declined meetings still show on your calendar?

1.  When "accepting" a meeting, it should update the organizer's calendar
without having to "send" the response which just adds more unneccessary
email.  There should just be an option of whether or not to accept/decline
with a response.

Outlook should have an appointment "shadow" before and after a meeting to
suggest unavailable time just prior or after a meeting.  This could show up
on your calendar and meeting availability swim lanes.  This feature should be
configurable to show before a meeting, after a ...

Is it possible to send meeting confirmations within Outlook 2003? If so how?

i use net folders to share a calendar among 3 computers, 1 remote from
the other 2. all 3 need to have edit privilege.

We use Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003 EE.  For some reason, when users
create a new meeting request and invite attendees and look to see if they
are available, beginning on January 1st, 2006 the free/busy and schedule
info shows "No Information" available across our entire ...

Meeting request sent to 4 users.  All came back as "accepted" even though
user did not respond.  Sometimes declines come through also when user has not
actually accepted or declined.

How do I get a new calender template to function in Outlook?
