In the Calendar function of Outlook 2003 SP-2, the user reported whenever she sets up an appointment, her reminder time is 18 hours beforehand. I checked her reminder defaults in her calendar – it is set for 15 mins. Here is what I observed:

How can I make the work week view the default view, so that when I click on weeks in the mini-calendar to the left of the main view the weeks display in work week view. Currently they (mostly) display in the week view.

I added a second calender to [My Calenders] and I want to share that with others. We use windows server 2003, Exchange and Office 2003. I did set the permissions for the second person to {Author}, but he can only see my first calender.

I thought in a previous version there was a setting to allow declined meetings to still show on your calendar. I don't see this option in v2003. Can declined meetings still show on your calendar?

1. When "accepting" a meeting, it should update the organizer's calendar without having to "send" the response which just adds more unneccessary email. There should just be an option of whether or not to accept/decline with a response.

Meeting request sent to 4 users. All came back as "accepted" even though user did not respond. Sometimes declines come through also when user has not actually accepted or declined.
