Is there a way to enter a recurring event quarterly?

I have previously read instructions on this site to assign colours to a
Catagory eg Holiday or Dr etc which is automatically applied to the calendar.
I found it under hints from "Crabby Old Lady".  After my husband replaced
the motherboard & "rebuilt" the PC.  I had forgotten ...

If I change the view from 1 or 5 days to 7 or 31 day and click on different
week/month the view reverts back to one day view. Why does it happen and how
can I still switch back and forth between weeks/months and still maintain the
7/31 day view?

Hi I would like to set up Exchange on my server, I am running Small Business
Server 2003 PPremier on my server. What options do I have ?

We have given review permissions on Calendar to other members of staff.  
However, they are also able to read any files/emails that are inserted into
the calendar item.  Is there a way we can stop others opening these
