how can I get mail reminder for scheduled tasks. Outlook only provides a sound alert which i can miss if I am not on the desk or am travelling. A mail message reminding me of the task (as i available in lotus notes) would be helpful

Is it possible to set up a calendar rule? Specifically, I would like a rule set up so that a new calendar entry created with a specific label (Vacation) Then the "appointment" gets copied to a different calendar (Proably a Sharepoint calendar).

Can I find appointments from 2 months ago that have suddenly vanished. A search for a pst file finds nothing, despite having the archive set for every 7 days. Travel expense form to fill in... and I did a lot of mileage!
