We recently turned over to Outlook 2003 and had 2000 previously.
Most of our administrative staff was given delegate rights to see their
manager's calendar.  
Now they are beseiged with duplicate emails, calendar items disappearing and

I have two computers at home one is a pc useing Outlook 2003, the other is a
Mac using OS X. The problem is that when I send a meeting request from the
Mac to the pc ( using different email accounts) all I get is a plain text
message, however I send the same meeting to my office ...

how can I get mail reminder for scheduled tasks. Outlook only provides a
sound alert which i can miss if I am not on the desk or am travelling. A mail
message reminding me of the task (as i available in lotus notes) would be
helpful

set up so that a new calendar entry created with a specific label (Vacation)

Can I find appointments from 2 months ago that have suddenly vanished.
A search for a pst file finds nothing, despite having the archive set for
